We interviewed numerous Realtors® before selecting Andrew and Jenn to represent us and it was clear from the moment that they walked into our family home that they were the “A-team”. Both of them broadcast a level of professionalism and confidence that convinced us that they were the right experts to guide us through what was needed to best present the property, manage potential buyers and maximize our eventual sales price. It was genuinely exciting to walk through the home we had grown up in listening to Andrew and Jenn “re-imagine” what could be done to prepare the property. Their ideas to make the property as appealing as possible to potential buyers were great, but where they really proved themselves to be “real estate stars” was their access to and management of a network of contractors and tradesmen to turn those ideas into a reality. They were a “one-stop-shop” through which the painting, minor repairs, professional staging, and a myriad of inspection reports were all done on time and to budget in advance of showing the home to potential buyers. In short, they took care of all of the “heavy lifting” associated with the sale of the home. In normal times their organizational skills and assistance would have rated this kind of praise, but part of this work overlapped the global pandemic and the California “shelter in place” orders. They both deserve extra recognition for all of the additional work they had to do to ensure that the tradespeople working on our home returned to complete work as soon as they were allowed to resume work under the shelter-in-place orders. We know that we experienced only the most minimal of delays in preparing the house for sale because of the level of attention to detail, management skills, and professional relationships that Andrew and Jenn were able to bring to bear on our behalf. All this hard work resulted in the best possible outcome for us. The house sold immediately for just over our asking price! Escrow was done in a minimal twenty-five days with all contingencies (except the buyer's loan approval) waived upfront by the Buyer. It couldn’t have gone more smoothly or resulted in a better outcome for our family. We cannot express how pleased we were to have worked with Andrew and Jenn. They were professional, personable, approachable, and had great communication skills throughout the entire process.
